Funky monkeys

Actually, they are just a sub-species of monkeys. I think... not too sure though. My acquaintance who brought her pets down said that they were Slow Lorries (I dun even think I'd gotten the spelling right). Anyhow, she smuggled them in from Bangkok where she bought them at Chatuchak for S$100 each. Look at them, aren't they cutest things? Wanna get one? Yeah, they cost around S$5,000 - S$6,000 in the black market here and you gotta find a vet who wouldn't squeal on you to the Veterinary Department.

It's an endangered species (I think) we are talking about here. Then again, I've a couple of friends who have a couple of, ahem, endangered species living under their roof...
